Elizabeth Mooney of Albany, NY died on May 14, 2003 in St. Peter's Hospital, Albany. Elizabeth was born in New York City on December 11, 1919 to Peter and Kathleen (Cunningham) Reilly. She was a resident of Albany for four months, a Rockland resident since 1983 and prior to that, The Bronx, NY. Elizabeth married Walter Mooney in 1940 and Walter predeceased her in 1998. Elizabeth was an accomplished artist, whose work is currently on Exhibit at the Delmar Public Library. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren immensely. Elizabeth is survived by her children Kevin and his wife Joan of Plantsville, CT (formerly of West Nyack), Brendan and his wife Gerry of Delmar, NY and Terrence and his wife Judi of Delmar She is also survived by her nine grandchildren Maribeth Kuczo, Lauren Griffin, Erin Hayes, Timothy, Aran, Katie, Kristen, Kevin and Cara Mooney. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:15 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, W. Nyack, NY. Cremation will be private.
