ALLISON, Elaine Audrey, 78, of Tampa, passed away October 8, 2009. She was born May 28, 1931, in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, and became an American citizen in 1966. She was a resident of Tampa for the past 58 years and was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She is survived by Ray Allison, her loving husband of 53 years; two devoted daughters, Pamela and Mary Allison; and son, Craig Allison and his wife, Donna, and their children, Stephanie and Sarah Allison; sister, Dorothy Craig; and brother Howard Schmidt, both of Canada. A funeral Mass will be offered for the repose of her soul 10 a.m. Tuesday October 13, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, with Monsignor Laurence E. Higgins, PA, officiating. Cremation will follow.
