->On Thursday, March 9, 2006, Donald peacefully passed away at Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by his loving spouse F. Delores Drake (nee Elia), dear father of Donna (Brian) Loliger and Deborah Drake (Lou Czech), cherished grandfather of Michael and Dylan Loliger. Brother-in-law to Frances Maraldo and uncle of Carol Kopacz and William Snyder. Donald was an attorney in a private practice, an assistant county attorney; assistant public defender in Niagara County, he was a Dale Carnegie instructor, a past president of Rotary Club of Niagara Falls, democratic candidate for state senator in 1966, he was a combat infantry veteran of WWII and fought in Normandy Invasion at Utah Beach earning five battle stars as well as an American service medal, WWII Victory medal, European-African-Middle Eastern service medal and a good conduct medal. Donald was a graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School in 1956. Donald is at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario, where his family will receive friends on Sunday from 6-8 PM and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. For those who wish donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Diabetes Assn.
