Lunenburg, LUNENBURG -- Claire Sullivan Fay, 80, of Lunenburg, died Sunday, January 3, 2010, at Health Alliance Leominster Hospital.She was born December 30, 1929, in Fall River, daughter of the late Arthur J. and Sarah Sullivan. She graduated from the Convent of Sacred Heart in Fall River in 1948 and Immaculate College in Exton Pennsylvania, majoring in Music.She divided her time between Leominster, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, and Bermuda.She leaves her husband of 55 years, John E. Fay, two daughters, Martha A. Faulkner and her husband Michael T. and Ellen M. Fay, all of Leominster, three grandchildren, John, Connor, and Quinn Faulkner, all of Leominster, one sister, Anne S. Probert and her husband, Robert of NJ.She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur J. Sullivan, Jr. of Fall River.FAY -- The funeral will be held Thursday, January 7, from Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, with a Mass at 11:00 A.M. at Saint Leo's Church, 128 Main St., Leominster. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Wednesday, January 6, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
