FRANKLIN, Benjamin William "Bill" - With his wife by his side, on Saturday, April 21, 2012 in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Twila. Dear brother of Penny (Garry) Culverson. Loving Uncle of Kim (Greg) Berry and Dawn (Dr. David) Carr. Missed by his great-nieces Morgan, Katie, Maddie and great-nephew Wesley. Proud Godfather of Jeremiah Holmes. He will be missed by his extended family and friends.
