NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. – Anne M. Duclos, 85, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla. died Friday, March 13, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Anne was born in Watertown, N.Y. and later moved to Concord where she raised her five children and worked as a registered nurse for the Concord Clinic. Upon retiring she moved to New Smyrna Beach, Fla. and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Artists Workshop. She enjoyed tap dancing, swimming, painting, playing bridge and especially spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Bernard R. Duclos; three daughters, Michele (Kevin) Karg of Bluffton, S.C., Mary (Louis) Schoolcraft of Barre, Mass. and Bernadette (David) Kinnier of Concord; two sons, Theodore (Susan) Duclos of Whitmore Lake, Mich. and Steven (Mary) Duclos of Clifton Park, N.Y.; three sisters, Martha Galloway of Loudonville, N.Y., Mildred McDermott of Fayetteville, N.Y. and Stephanie (Bernard) Rydelek of Oneida, N.Y.; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Cremation will be by Dudley Crematory, New Smyrna Beach. A memorial service will be held at St. John's The Evangelist Catholic Church in Concord, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the Brain Research Development Fund, Account # 770809, c/o University of Miami Brain Bank, 1951 Seventh Ave., Suite 240 Miami, FL. 33136.
